Harman, a Samsung-owned audio electronics company, announced the acquisition of Roon - a music player platform for audiophiles, best known for its usability across multiple devices in multiple rooms, regardless of their brand. Harman owns audio brands such as AKG, dbx, JBL, and Soundcraft and operates globally.
